Our good friend the gorgeous Michelle Heaton was papped at the VIP premiere screening of the new Sandra Bullock / Ryan Reynolds movie 'The Proposal' last night at London's Mayfair Hotel.
Sharing the red carpet with leading lady Sandra Bullock, Michelle looked every inch the A-lister in her Vicky Martin Stylus Jumpsuit. Caprice, Holly Branson, David Gandy and a host of other celebs were also in attendance.
